01How often should racking be inspected?
Staff should report damage straight away, a trained person should inspect regularly (often weekly), and an expert inspection is recommended at least every 12 months. SEMA guidance is widely used in the UK.
02What do green, amber and red mean?
Green: within limits, monitor. Amber: damage that needs repair soon; don't reload once emptied. Red: serious damage; offload and isolate the area immediately.
03Does this replace an expert inspection?
No. It is a routine visual check. Keep your annual expert inspection as well.
04Is it free?
Yes. Fill it in online and download it as a PDF, Excel or PNG, 3 reports a day, with no sign-up, and you can add your logo. Pro adds photos, your signature, premium designs and unlimited reports.
