01Is Forms Maker Daily really free?
Yes. Make and download 3 reports a day per tool, with no account, in every template and all 19 languages. Your logo is free too. Pro adds unlimited reports, photos, your signature, premium designs and no ads.
02Do I need to create an account?
No. Open a form and start straight away; your draft is saved in your browser, one per template.
03How much is Pro, and is it a subscription?
No subscription. Pro is one payment of £24 for 12 months and unlocks every tool and form. Nothing renews automatically. Pro is coming soon.
04Can I change the items on a template?
Yes. Edit any item or section title, add or remove items and sections, change the order, and switch between a tick list and pass / fail / N/A.
05Which formats can I download?
PDF (ready to email), Excel and PNG, or print it straight from the browser. Every format uses the design and language you chose.
06Are my checklists stored on your servers?
No. Everything you type, tick and add stays in your browser. Clearing your browser data removes it, so download a copy of anything you need to keep.
07Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works on phones, tablets and computers, with nothing to install. On smaller screens, switch between Edit and Preview at the top.
