About these terms

Forms Maker Daily is operated by Michal Hiszpanski, trading as Dungeon Studio Solutions, based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, apply whenever you use the website or its tools.

If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf. Some rights apply only to consumers (people acting outside their trade or business).

Free use and limits

You can download 3 documents per tool each day (UK time). Re-downloading the same document, or in another format, counts once. Free use includes the standard design and may show adverts and a small "Created with Forms Maker Daily" line.

Some features (premium designs, photos, signature and unlimited documents) are marked Pro. Pro is not on sale yet; when it is, these terms will be updated with its price, payment and refund rules before you can buy it.

We may change the free limits or features, for example to prevent abuse.

Your documents and your responsibility

Forms Maker Daily is a tool. You decide what goes on your documents and you are responsible for them being accurate, lawful and fit for your purpose.

Ready-made templates (for example move-out, vehicle or fire safety checklists) are general examples. They do not replace professional advice or the checks the law requires of you, such as landlord, health and safety or fire risk duties. Check what applies where you are.

Your content

Everything you enter (text, ticks, photos, logos, signatures) stays yours. Documents stay in your browser; only templates and businesses you choose to save to your account are stored by us, and you can delete them at any time.

Only add photos, logos and other people's details you have the right to use.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• create fake, misleading or fraudulent documents, certificates or reports, or impersonate another person or organisation;
• break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or send spam;
• get around the daily limits or Pro checks, or resell the service;
• attack, overload, scrape or probe the service;
• upload malicious files or content.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and working, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or stop features.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses (such as lost profit, revenue or opportunity), for losses caused by the content of your documents or by relying on a template, or for events outside our reasonable control. As the free service costs you nothing, our total liability to you is limited to £100.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add Pro or the law changes. We will change the date at the top.

Law and disputes

United Kingdom

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts can hear disputes. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.

Everywhere else

If you are a consumer outside the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly by email.
